Salvation is in the Person of Christ Jesus alone.

”But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” (2 Corinthians 11: 3)

Any thought or work, apart from Him alone, is to depart from the hope of salvation by the grace of God and is to miss the simplicity of Christ.
